Who we are
With a deep understanding of both the Swiss market and the Coffee Fellows brand, we have structured each location as an independent store to ensure operational excellence and regional adaptability. Today, our growing network includes locations such as CF Westside, CF Welle7, CF Bärenplatz, and CF Balexert, with CF Landquart set to open in February 2026.
At Helix Holding AG, we do more than manage locations—we build partnerships. We actively welcome collaboration, whether you’re a landlord with a promising retail space or an entrepreneur ready to open your own Coffee Fellows café. We provide full support, from store design and location setup to barista training and ongoing operational guidance.

Fabatex GmbH and Coffee Fellows launched their first location in Switzerland in October 2022
at the Westside Shopping Center. In 2023, they acquired the Bärenplatz location in Bern, followed by expansion to Balexert in Geneva in 2024.
The success story continues
in 2025 with Bern Welle7 (part of the Bern Main Station) and the planned opening at the Landquart Fashion Outlet in Chur in January 2026 (construction underway).
Our goal for 2030 is to reach a total of 15 locations in Switzerland.
